Description

Get in fabulous shape with Fit & Firm, and go from flab to FAB! This class is a TOTAL-BODY conditioning course, utilizing strength-training, balance, flexibility, with some cardiovascular conditioning. Goal being an overall healthy, sculpted figure/physique with added bonus of highly sought after booty-lifting & building. Students will work with their own body weight, dumbbells, and resistance bands. The overall effect is healthier bodies inside and out, and stronger, more toned arms, abs, back, chest, butt and legs.
