Description

This Yoga class is geared towards the beginner participant. Class will emphasize breathing, stretching and flexibility. You will be pleased with how Yoga can relieve stress, tension and give better balance while building body strength.

Participants are welcome to bring their own mats and water.

Beginners as well as seasoned yoga practitioners are welcome.

Both men and women are welcome to attend.

Drop-ins are welcome for $8.00 on the day of the class at the front desk. A Recreation pass is still required (an annual pass or $2 day pass).
