Join a local Girl Scout working toward her Gold Award for an eye-opening and informative workshop on how small changes in food and lifestyle can make a big impact for those living with or at risk for type II diabetes. Through live demonstrations, learn how different foods affect blood sugar levels, bust common myths about the disease, and take home endocrinologist-approved tips to help manage or prevent type II diabetes through everyday choices.
