This Pilates class is good for all body types and fitness levels. Pilates stretches and strengthens the body. This mat class focuses on the core and builds strength, flexibility and balance for the whole body.

When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
