Ages 8 - 11

Foundation Tennis is designed to introduce players to the fundamentals of tennis, including stroke technique, serving, court awareness, and rallying.
Activities are delivered in a low-pressure, yet energetic environment, ensuring optimal learning while maintaining the enjoyment of being on the tennis court. Open to first time players and those with some experience who are looking to gain a strong foundation in the sport of tennis.
Please note: Players must come to class with their own tennis racket.

For more information, please contact the Department of Recreation and Community Services at 609-799-0909 ext. 1719. All registration must be done online or in-person. Registration will NOT be accepted over the phone.
Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
