Description

Ages 55+

The instructor will lead class through gentle yoga poses with breath work and meditation; including both mat and standing poses. Participants should wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
