Come join our special needs gymnastics class, as the instructor provides tools to train your mind, body and soul through aerobic and anaerobic balance.

Additional InformationThis class will give you a new outlook on exercising. Please bring a spiral notebook and pencil to take notes and document achievements.

This class is intended for individuals with special needs. This class will begin on Sunday, June 29th, but will not meet on Sunday, July 6th. Will resume meeting on July 13th and end on July 27th.
