With woodlands, trails, fields, and a 10-acre pond, Newtown Park is the perfect place to experience the great outdoors! Campers will enjoy kayaking, fishing, walking trails, and other outdoor games and activities. Campers should pack snacks, lunch, and plenty of water. Sunscreen and bug spray are encouraged. In the case of inclement weather, the makeup date will be Friday, September 2nd. Due to limited seating capacities on buses, participants that need transportation from PES & PMS to Newtown Park must register 2 weeks before the date of the program. Failure to do so greatly decreases your child(ren)’s chances of transportation. Remember, a parent/guardian will need to pick up your child. Buses will only be providing transportation on Monday and Tuesday.
