Description
This form of fitness emphasizes sequences of movement, breathing, coordination, balance and self-control. Breathing techniques combined with Tai Chi principles circulate energy throughout the body. Pre-Requisite: Tai Chi Beginner.
There is no class on October 30, November 6, and November 13.
