Description

Recommended - Successful completion of Youth/Adult 1.
This program is aimed at swimmers who have mastered the basics of learning to swim and are ready to focus on developing and improving their strokes and increasing their distance. This course builds swimmers confidence and improves their performance in any stroke that they would like to learn.
