Enjoy a full body workout and some fun with your 6-20 month old baby in the pool with our Parent & Baby Aquafit class. Meet other parents and babies and enjoy the in-water exercise. Classes are 30 minutes in length and have a mixture of cardio, core and muscular endurance while incorporating your baby.

Please dress baby in an official swim diaper and bring a water bottle. There will be a floatie for each baby. All fitness levels are welcome! Babies should be 6-20 months. Moms, Dads, Grandparents or other caregivers are welcome.
