Description

Swimmer 9 (8+ yrs) - Swimmers continue stroke development with 75m swims of front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. Lifesaving skills and first aid including assessment of unconscious victims, treatment for shock and obstructed airway procedures. Fitness swim 500m.
Swimmer 10 (8yrs + ) - Advanced swimmers develop strokes over a 100m swim each stroke. They also build on lifesaving skills and first aid including treatment of bone and joint injuries and respiratory emergencies. Develops strong lifesaving foundation. Fitness swim 600m
