​This is a single-session workshop, there are two dates available. Taught by Jorie November 30th, 10:30am-12:30pm Limit 6 participants! Ages 7+ with a registered adult. Become an architect with clay! Your instructor will guide you through the steps of cutting clay "slabs" using a template. It's up to you to decide if you'd like to incorporate brick or other texture, and how to design your windows and doors configuration! Your Instructor will demonstrate all the steps in this slab-building workshop, no experience necessary! You'll have two hours to build and refine your artwork. We'll carefully dry and fire your pieces, and add the color of your choosing from our studio glazes. Finished houses fit a standard-sized battery operated tea light. Make this house luminary for yourself, or to give as a gift this holiday season. All houses will be fired and ready for pick up at our studio one month after class, or at our Origami Garland party, December 20th. Pickup deadline January 18th, 2026. ​ Clay, glazing and firing cost included. $48 per person per session. Remember to register all people attending with you, including children.
