Do you want a calming space to create after school? Join Ms. Higginson for the Mindful Moments Club! Each week, we’ll start with a fun and easy mindfulness activity to help us relax and feel peaceful. Then, students get to choose from a variety of activities like coloring, simple crafts, puzzles, reading, and even some outdoor time when the weather is nice. This club is all about giving students space to unwind, express themselves, and practice kindness and mindfulness in a calm, screen-free environment. We’ll end each day with a quiet reflection or group breath to leave feeling refreshed and ready for tomorrow. Please bring a snack and reusable water bottle. Pick-up will be at front carpool. We can’t wait to relax and create together!
