About this event
Description
Celebrate Pride and be Out in Nature at Oak View! Join us for a staff-led, all-ages, relaxed, informal walk around the park to socialize and enjoy the surrounding nature and history of the site. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and be sure to bring water. Free! Registration required for all participants. Everyone's welcome!
The program will take place outdoors on paved brick paths and unpaved, wooded trails featuring gravel and exposed roots.
Upon arrival, participants should check in with park staff in the Farm History Center (our visitors center building). Please let us know in advance if you or anyone in your group requires accessibility modifications/ADA accommodations. As a courtesy to other participants, the waitlist and the instructor, if you find you have a change in plans and can no longer attend, please email oakview@wake.gov or call 919-250-1013.
