Please arrive by 11:45am to ensure we are able to start on time at 12:00pm. This clinic will cover freestyle stroke technique. This is the perfect time to focus on your stroke and make sure your swimmer's technique is just right before starting up/back with club team or school practices. We'll cover various drills, speed work, and dive starts.
