Description
Join instructor Sylvia Trujillo in Step & Sculpt! This is a fun and challenging step workout that accommodates all fitness levels! Alternative use of step (provided) and hand weights (optional) provides great results.
Steps provided. (Optional) Bring fitness mat and handheld weights.
