Beginning Tai Chi (10-week course)
Our Beginning Tai Chi class, led by instructor Pam Dunn, is an excellent opportunity for individuals to embark on a journey towards a healthier lifestyle. This class, which spans over 10 weeks, is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of Tai Chi, a gentle form of exercise that promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your Tai Chi skills, this class is the perfect way to start your journey towards a healthier, more balanced life. This class is only offered during the Summer and Winter seasons. Thursday from 10am to 11am start date July 17th, end date September 18th. Registrations closes to new participants after July 24th
