About this event
Description
This class is designed to be a slow and gentle stretch and movementclass to help with common issues of aging. We warm up and stretchto improve joint mobility, practice alignment to support our bodiessafely and work on balance and flexibility. Angela is an experiencedyoga teacher and can offer modifications that are accessible for alllevels of students. ACTIVITY FEE: $60/month or $12/class to drop in
