Combining and alternating short cardio intervals with resistance training is a great way to reduce fat, increase stamina, improve bone density and balance, plus strengthen and tone your muscles. Sandy is an experienced, skilled, and certified personal trainer, who emphasizes proper form, and modifies for all fitness abilities.
