Description
Combining and alternating short cardio intervals with resistance training is a great way to reduce fat, increase stamina, improve bone density and balance, plus strengthen and tone your muscles. We use our own bodyweight, and a variety of equipment. Sandy is an experienced, skilled, and certified personal trainer, who modifies for all fitness abilities. She is also a massage therapist who knows the importance of training safely, and emphasizes proper form. Gain knowledge and receive some individual attention, along with great workouts. Let's get motivated, have fun, and improve our health and fitness together!
