DROP IN CLASSWith guided meditation and props, we'll gently relax the spine to ease lower back pain and rejuvenate the immune system. This practice strengthens, stretches, and relaxes—beneficial for any physical condition.
Pay for the series or $10 drop-in to the instructor. All drop-in participants must sign a waiver.
