Strength Training for Women | All Fitness Levels Welcome
Step into your strength and build confidence in the weight room with Women Lift Strong - A women-only strength training class led by an inspiring and knowledgeable Trainer.
Whether you’re brand new to lifting or looking to level up your strength, this class will teach you the fundamentals of proper technique for total body strength, including squats, deadlifts, and bench press, and will help you progress safely and effectively.
