Traditional Shotokan Karate Adult Class

This class teaches traditional Japanese style karate, using the same training principals used in traditional karate dojos (schools) throughout the world. Sensi (teacher), Don Evans has international certification from the Japan Karate Assocciation (JKA) & the American Amateur Karate Federation (AAKF) for both coaching and competitive judging. Our first priority is safety, and for this reason discipline and respect in class are mandates. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting exercise clothing. No shoes or socks. Karate uniforms are not required. If you have a karate uniform, you may wear it. Advanced students- karate uniforms are recommended.
