Nutrition 101 is a class taught by Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant Anna Jamtaas.
Join Anna to learn the ins and outs of what, when and how to nourish your body to meet your specific goals. You'll have the opportunity to identify your personal goals and work with Anna to adjust how you should be targeting your specific nutrition plan to meet your body's needs.

- Micronutrients
- Identify personal baseline for nutrient needs
- Learn how to modify nutrient intake based on shifting goals
- Food labels
- Navigating grocery stores
- Stocking your pantry
- Meal prep
As a daughter of a female health coach and granddaughter of a human rights activist, Anna’s passion for exercise science and helping people started early. Throughout her life her athletic journey has evolved, but strength has been a mainstay. Suffering from low hormones, amenorrhea, hypothyroidism, h-pylori, and SIBO, she’s faced her own share of health struggles. Nutrition, mindset, building movement, and recovery serve as pillars of her health approach. Anna’s goal is to help as many women as possible through the hormonal journey that is adolescent, premenstrual, perimenopause, and eventually menopause.
Anna graduated with a BA from the University of Washington, completed her Nutrition Consultant program with Bauman College and is an ACE Group Fitness Instructor.
