Chair Yoga is a gentle form of Yoga that involves performing poses while seated or with the help of a chair as support for balance. Chair Yoga offers the same benefits as traditional Yoga, including; increased flexibility,increased strength, improved balance and boosted mental well-being.

Nancy offers options for all levels of skill.No previous Yoga experience is necessary.
