Adult Hip-Hop This class is designed for the adult who wishes to improve their physicality and get a good workout in a non-threatening dance environment. Class begins with a warm-up and stretch followed by hip hop combos, which include fun, intermediate hip hop dance choreography. This is a drop in class.
