Conditioning This class is designed to increase balance, muscle flexibility, endurance, and a dancer's overall strength. It involves a combination of cardio, dance technique, and body weight exercises. Ankle weights, yoga blocks, exercise bands, and stretching bands are tools that are required and will be used to increase difficulty. Please go to https://www.centerforperformingarts.org/dress-code-1 to see what is required. Students may bring their own materials or may use The CENTER's gently used materials.
