Join us as we learn the fundamental basics of fungal identification; including features to pay attention to, the major fungal groups, and commonly observed fungi in our area. We will then hike and view some of these unique organisms in their natural habitat and learn more about which are friends and which may be foes. We will even have a guest speaker who specializes in pathogenic tree fungi!
