Fountain Of Faith Missionary Baptist Church H&W Ministry's 5k Run/Walk promotes families and community to come together to move and fellowship, while suppprting non-profit organizations the help people be made whole. This year, proceeds raised above the cost of expenses will be donated to Fountain of Faith Feeding Ministry's to help stock their food pantry with non-perishable food items for families in need;  The Good Shepherd Clinic and Fayette C.A.R.E Clinic who provide health care to uninsured and underinsured person in Clayton and Fayette County, GA respectivey. 

The FOF H&W Ministry is hosting a Health Fair for the community Immediately following the completion of the race 9am to 1pm.

Registration: 6-6:30 am

warm up: 6:45 am

Runners start at 7:15 am

Walkers start at 7:30 am

Medal Ceremony after race- start time approximately 9am 

5k course does include hills

Hydrate before and along the course.
