Stay safe and improve your navigational skills on your local or foreign waters. During this course you will cover the basics of plotting, reading charts, identifying aids to navigation and using them to find your way on the water. You will learn to fix your position using visual and electronic tools. Discuss set and drift, plan routes, and know when to hold course or give way. A material fee of $80 covers all supplies for class and students will keep them.
