Students will create personal samples of plain and fancy stitches including the stem stitch, chain stitch, split stitch, French knot, blanket and buttonhole, couching, feather and fly stitch. Class will be tailored to develop skills specific to individual projects. Linen fabric, wool and cotton embroidery threads, and best needles included along with illustrated instructions.
