Join pastry chef Julia Everist for an all-encompassing course in layer cakes! We'll kick off night one with getting our cakes in and out of the oven, followed by assembling the layers and applying a "crumb coat" so we can frost and decorate on night two! Recipes will include options for chocolate or vanilla. Decorating techniques ranging from organic whimsy to detailed piping will be covered. Ingredients and decorating tools fee included in registration. You will go home with a beautiful cake!
