About this event
An Indian dish with plenty of flavor, Saag Paneer is a well-loved vegetarian dish. Dee Patel will teach you how to make this dish which is rich in calcium and folate from spinach—and it’s gluten free! The class will also make paratha (bread) and delicious basmati rice. Registration fee includes all ingredients. Instructor Dee Patel had so many requests for Indian food from her coworkers at Pen Bay Skin Care that she decided to open a three-day-a-week takeout in her family’s lodging The Ledges in Rockport in June 2019. She not only has been received with rave reviews but routinely sells out of everything on the menu.
