One way to combat this is to learn how create healthy, delicious meals using things you may have in your cupboard, garden, fridge, and even some easily found wild foraged items from Maine's woods and fields. Learn how to combine various flavors, textures, and nutritional elements to stretch your budget further using pantry staples, common spices, and basic proteins. At the end of the class, we will sit down and share a meal together. Registration fee includes all ingredients.
