Description
Need to relax and reconnect? Join us for this simple Japanese method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees. We will meet and learn a few tips then walk to the trail for guided mindful activities.
The program may include hiking less than 1 mile on both paved and natural trails over uneven terrain. Please dress for the weather. Part of this program including sitting on the ground (mats provided); please contact us if you need a chair or have any other questions. 815.722.9301.
