Description
Whoooo goes there? The woods may get quiet in the winter, but if we’re lucky we will hear a loud call from an elusive bird. Join us at O’Hara Woods to learn about the owls of Will County and their unique adaptations. We will head out on a quiet hike listening for our nocturnal neighbors. While we listen for owls, we’ll also have the chance to hear the other creatures of the night. Dress for the weather. The meeting point will be sent after registration. The hike will be up to 2 miles on paved and natural surfaces across uneven terrain.
Ages 18 and older.
