Breath can be a powerful ally to our physical and mental health, but how we breathe matters. Functional breathing can improve core stability, better oxygenate the body's tissues, support the immune system, and foster mental balance.During this 90-minute experiential workshop, you'll learn:
- The difference between functional and dysfunctional breathing
- How to assess your breathing patterns
- The link between posture and breath
- Why carbon dioxide is important for delivering oxygen to tissues
- Breath practices and gentle movements to increase health and vitality
