Getting your child to sleep isn’t always as easy as we would like it to be. Yet we all know good sleep is essential for babies’ and toddlers’ development and growth. In the sleep workshop, we’ll cover topics from sleep environment to wake windows to daytime routines and everything in between to help you establish independent sleep habits for your child. You’ll learn tools and tips to help you and your child get some much-needed restorative sleep. This workshop is geared towards parents of children ages 0-5.
