Battle Ropes plus utilizes thick ropes to increase full body strength and conditioning. Weights and body weight exercises will be incorporated for a full body workout to get your muscles burning and your heart pounding. All fitness levels are welcome.
Additional reminders:
• Bring water and your own mat, if preferred.
• Classes are for individuals 15 years of age and older.
For Your Safety:
• Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are available at check in.
We Encourage You To:
