Description
Interested in healthy food, fun, and daily life? Our Healthy Living Series is coming back to offer tips on how to stay healthy. Drawing on the nutrition education of our own resident, Jordan Frink, we will be putting together an education series on ways to live healthier. Session topics vary month to month and can include food demos, fitness practices, and household habits. Ready to dive deep and test your own nutrition knowledge? Join us Saturday May 17th when we compete against other residents in a Family Feud style game show. Complimentary healthy snacks will be provided. Event is free to all residents age 12+. Registration via ActiveNet is required.
