This Beginners Running program will be a comprehensive instructional approach to provide new runners with all the information needed to begin the process. There will be eight weeks of classroom and workout sessions to get you ready for a 5k race. Individual coaching will be available so you can go at your own pace. Program is $65 payable to Salisbury Rowan Runners and includes membership to Salisbury Rowan Runners Club, club dri-fit t-shirt and entry to club sponsored 5k.
