Join us for the Pine Lake Triathlon 1/4 mile swim in beautiful Pine Lake followed by an 11-mile bike (lollipop course - MUST do the lollipop twice!) - very hilly on the lollipop. Certified Flaggers will get you across the road. Bottom of the hill will be signal lights with red flashing with King County Sheriff patroling. Cyclists keep to the right on both signal lights. Must do the lollipop loop twice! Then 2nd loop Flaggers will get you safely across the road. Follow arrows back to the start (same as out). Stay to the right in traffic lanes. Follow flagger and sheriff officers' signals. The run is the same as the bike for the first 1 1/2 miles then instead of going left across the road runners will stay to the right the whole time around the Lake to the finish. Note: On the main road into the Entrance of Pine Lake Park Runners MUST stay on the side walk. Must wear bib on front torso (has a chip) and must wear ankle bracelet (Chip) and must go through the timing gates at the finish to get scored. You will have 6 scores - Swim Time, Swim-Bike transition, Bike time, Bike-Run Transition, Run Time and total time. Water, gel, Gatorade, and first aid on the course. Certified lifeguards in water on kayaks and surf boards. Raise your hand if you can if you get into trouble. Certified first aid/CPR personnel on the course and a sweeper vehicle if you need help or brake down (708-668-5488 Race Director Mic) or 911 in case of an emergency. No drafting allowed. No dogs allowed on the course. No outside help from family or friends. USAT rules are in effect. Pre safety briefing Thursday June 26, 2025, 7 pm. Pasta feed and Bib, chip, T-Shirt pickup at race site at 4 pm Saturday June 28, 2025. Race starts promptly at 8 am at the boat dock of Pine Lake Park. There is plenty of parking at Pine Lake Park. As soon as the first 3 male and first three females finish we will have podium photos. Good Luck!
