Join us for a 1 mile swim in Beaver Lake followed by a 4.3 mile run around the lake and through the beaver lake park/forest. 

Event details and schedule

Plenty of parking at the race site. Swim starts promptly at 8 am on race day. Pre-race safety briefing Friday July 25, 2025, 7 am PDT. Race shirts for all participants and Race Medallions for all finishers. Pre-race bid pick up will be on Saturday July 26, 2025, 4 pm to 5 pm at race site. Must wear ankle bracelet during the race. For the run must have bib clearly displayed on your front torso. There will be a secured area for athletes only where they can store their personal belongings. Photo finish. You will receive 4 times. Swim time, swim-run transition, run time, and final time. Wet suits will be allowed if the water temperature is less than 85 F. We will be following USAT rules. All must sign USAT Waiver. No dogs are allowed on course. Must wear race provided swim cap during the swim. We will have certified life guards on kayaks. If you are having issues please raise your hand if you can. For the run follow the elevated signs and course markings. The forest part ~3/4 mile will have red streamers. 911 in case of emergency and race director if have any issues on the course (i.e., sprained ankle etc.) 708.668.5488. Be safe!
