The award-winning Voice Box Choir and it's director, Sara Rangel-Murphy, are accepting new vocalists this school year. The choir is made up of 5-8 graders from the mid-peninsula who wish to sing in a dynamic, fun, well-established large group. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings from 5:00-6:45pm in the music room at St. Charles School in San Carlos. Kids will enjoy singing in 4-5 concerts throughout the school year (Winter Concert, Spring Concert, Burton Park Hometown Days and possibly a *Santa Cruz or Great America Festival). *Santa Cruz/Great America Festival is an additional charge. 5th Graders will be accepted this year with an audition. There is no audition to join the group for 6-8 graders. We will need to cap the group at 45 kids this year. So first come, first served. 15+ kids must sign up for the choir or the class will be canceled and you'll receive a full refund.
