Description

Led by Scripps Health Injury Prevention Coordinator, Pualani Vazquez, this two-part series will cover a wide range of methods that older adults can utilize to prevent serious injuries due to falling and best-practices when operating a vehicle as an older adult.

Program is held at Park de la Cruz Community Center (3901 Landis St., 92105).
