Let's get creative! Our goal is to make unique and personalized art. Program is for individuals with disabilities, ages 16 and older. No direct supervision is provided.

This is the same Art in Action program hosted at Park de la Cruz Community Center. Please do not sign-up for both programs.

The City of San Diego, Parks and Recreation Department, Therapeutic Recreation Services, provides therapeutic recreation programs for children and adults with any type of disability. Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) work with participants on social and recreational skill development, leisure education, appropriate behavior, and recreation participation in inclusive environments.
