Destress and relax in a safe space. We will be learning new ways to calm ourselves in stressful situations. Must be 18 years or older to participate. No direct supervision is provided.
The City of San Diego, Parks and Recreation Department, Therapeutic Recreation Services, provides therapeutic programs for children and adults with any type of disability. Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) work with participants on social and recreational skill development, leisure education, appropriate behavior, and recreation participation in inclusive environments.
