This three-week long course is designed for students interested in Criminal Law, Court Procedure, and possibly competing on Notre Dame’s Mock Trial team. We will explore the Constitutional Foundation for criminal justice, examine elements of crime and prepare elements of a Mock Trial. This class will give you a taste of what a career in law might be like and hopefully inspire in you a love for making your case on any issue.
