The National Latin Exam (NLE) is an annual academic contest for Latin students to demonstrate their knowledge. The NLE is open to all Latin students at BISV who wish to challenge themselves and see how they compare to students from across the country and around the world! We hold optional prep sessions for students who register for the exam to discuss topics that may appear on the NLE, meeting during office hour time. The cost of NLE registration also includes membership in the National Junior Classical League organization, which allows students with multiple high-scoring exams to be eligible for book prizes and university scholarships.
